Exchange, Return & Alteration Policy

Every Adam Leaves piece is made by hand in our Mumbai studio from natural fabrics and checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, here is exactly what we do.

1. Ready-to-deliver items

  • 7-day exchange if the item is defective or a wrong design was delivered. Write to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund only if we cannot replace it (for example, if that fabric or print is no longer available).
  • Wrong size: free exchange or alteration within 7 days of delivery.
  • We pay the return and re-delivery shipping for defective, wrong-design or wrong-size cases. International customers are responsible only for any duties or taxes charged in their country.
  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

2. Made-to-measure / customised items

  • Free alteration within 7 days of delivery if the fit is not right.
  • If the alteration is needed because the measurements provided at the time of ordering were incorrect, alteration charges apply. We will confirm the cost before starting.
  • Customised items are made only for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or a wrong design was delivered (then section 1 applies).

3. Not eligible for exchange or return

  • Sale, promotional or scheme products (final sale)
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered elsewhere, or are without original tags and packaging
  • Gift cards

How to request an exchange, alteration or return

  1. Email info@adamleaves.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. You can also call +91 88799 30993 (Mon to Sat, 11 am to 6 pm).
  2. We review your request within 2 to 5 working days and email you the approval and pickup or shipping instructions.
  3. Send the item back unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Items sent without our approval email cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, we inspect the returned item within 3 to 6 working days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 15 to 25 business days; your bank may take extra time to show it. If more than 30 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@adamleaves.com.
