Sustainable Clothing Manufacturing

We manufacture sustainable clothing using responsibly sourced raw materials and a team of professional tailors and quality control personnel. We take great care with your order and strive to deliver it based on the sizes and styles chosen by individual customers in the ready-for-delivery option or the sizes and information provided by customers in the customization option.


Customized Order Policy

In the unlikely case of an incorrect size, we offer a 7-day free modification policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your ordered garment to request any necessary changes in the measurements. In certain circumstances, modifications are charged if they differ from the information provided in the order.

Return and Modification:

In the unlikely event that a ready to deliver (not customised order), if faulty item is delivered by Adam Leaves, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for defective products. In case of sizing issues, we offer a replacement instead of a return.To be eligible for a modification, your garment must be in the same condition, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once your request for modifications is approved, we will issue a modification mailing label along with information on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without obtaining a modification acceptance email will not be accepted.

Ready-for-Delivery Policy

We offer 7-day easy returns only for damaged products or if you receive an incorrect item. For the wrong sizes, we're happy to provide a free exchange or alterations. In such cases, customers pay nothing, and we bear return sipping charges (Please note: Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.).

Exchanges:

If ready-for-delivery products are delivered in the wrong sizes or colors, and the customer wishes to exchange them, we will exchange them with the same product. For incorrect or damaged products, we provide a free exchange. In such cases, customers are responsible for shipping and any duties or taxes that may apply.

To return or exchange incorrect or damaged products, email us at info@adamleaves.com with complete details and images. We will investigate the issue and resolve it within 2 to 5 working days. Once your return is approved, we will send you an email.

Upon receiving the return approval email, only the approved products in good condition, with the original tag and packaging as instructed through email, will be accepted.

Please Note:

  •  Return delivery charges will be paid by customers.
  •  All sale, promotional, or scheme products are final sale. These items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if it is damaged. Within two working days, we will evaluate and resolve the problem to the best of our capacity. To proceed with the return of damaged goods, send an email with all the details and images of the damaged products to info@adamleaves.com.

You must have an approved return email for the specific product on that invoice before returning the item.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Sale/promotional/scheme products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will issue a refund for damaged approved merchandise only.

We do not accept returns except for damaged or wrong products. For any damaged or wrong products, we will take 3 to 6 working days to inspect your return and notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 to 25 business days.
