SHIPPING POLICY
We take 3 to 5 working days to ship all ready-to-deliver products. Most of our outerwear — blazers, jackets, and coats — is made to measure rather than pulled from ready stock; these orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days after confirmation instead. We notify customers of any changes via email or phone chat. We exclusively employ recognized and trustworthy shipping companies for all of our deliveries. Under normal conditions, shipping companies deliver within India in 3-7 working days. Domestic orders are often delivered fastest in A-1 metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, followed by other places. (Working days omit national holidays and Sundays.)
International delivery is offered in two speeds: Standard (5-10 working days) and Express (3-7 working days), depending on destination and courier availability. Made-to-measure international orders follow the domestic customization timeline above before dispatch.
The delivery schedules listed above are based on average timelines for prior orders, and you are most likely to receive within that time frame. Occasional delays may occur on a case-by-case basis. www.adamleaves.com is not accountable for shipping delays caused by unanticipated events (recipient unavailable, wrongly addressed orders, weather, etc.) — we'll do our best to advise you in such cases.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Free shipping inside India for orders worth INR 10,001 or more. For all other domestic orders, we charge a fixed price of INR 300.
International shipping:
Standard (5-10 working days): INR 2,200
Express (3-7 working days): INR 3,500
Free International Shipping on orders worth INR 25,000 or more (Standard tier; Express remains available as a paid upgrade at any order value)
We currently ship internationally to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and across the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Portugal). If your country isn't listed, contact info@adamleaves.com and we'll try to arrange it.
If we approve an exchange or refund, customers pay all associated expenses; we cover the revised delivery charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Taxes and Duties depend on your shipping destination. VAT, Customs, and Import Duties are not included in the ordering process but may be levied per your government's rules.
